A bit about us

At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

Who are we looking for?

At Gamma Enterprise, we support some of the most recognised Enterprise and Public Sector organisations in the world with their business-critical customer experience requirements. As part of our CX practice, Amazon Connect is a key strategic solution, helping our customers transform the way they engage with their customers.

We’re looking for a Contact Centre Implementation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering modern, resilient, and scalable contact centre solutions built on AWS and Amazon Connect.

You’ll work directly with our customers to understand their requirements and turn them into effective technical solutions. Working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Support teams, you’ll take ownership of the implementation of Amazon Connect solutions from initial requirements through to delivery.

Our customers all have unique challenges, so this role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking creatively, and finding innovative ways to use cloud and contact centre technologies to deliver great customer experiences.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

As a Contact Centre Implementation Engineer, you’ll design, configure, and deliver modern, scalable Amazon Connect solutions across multiple customer projects. You’ll work closely with customers, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to turn requirements into effective contact centre solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
