Summary
The Council is seeking a highly experienced Lead Officer – Housing ICT (CX Housing) for a 4-month contract role. This position is crucial for leading, supporting, and enhancing the Civica CX Housing platform. The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise across various housing management functions, including rent accounting, CRM, workflow automation, customer engagement, reporting, system upgrades, and customer portal implementation. The role aims to ensure that the CX Housing solution effectively supports operational housing services while delivering continuous improvement, user adoption, and service efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead the support, optimization, and development of the Civica CX Housing application.
- Provide specialist expertise across:
- Rent Accounting
- Case Management
- Workflows and Task Management
- Electronic Forms
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Configure and improve business processes within CX Housing.
- Support and deliver CX user training programs.
- Lead and support system upgrades, particularly version 25.x and above.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the CX Customer Portal.
- Develop and maintain complex reports using SSRS and SQL.
- Create management dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Requirements:
- Significant experience supporting and administering Civica CX Housing within a social housing environment.
- Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in ICT, Housing Systems, Information Systems, Housing Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of housing asset structures and management processes.

Additional Information
- Working Hours: Part-time
- Location: Remote (with occasional onsite attendance as required)
- Contract: 4 Months
- Working Pattern: Part-Time, 3 Days per Week
- Rate: £500–£650 per day Umbrella (Dependent on Experience)
- IR35 Status: Inside IR35
