Description

In the world of high-stakes communication tech, the strongest link is the one that connects innovation to the market through high-performing teams. As the Director of Channel Sales (EMEA West & Israel) at Avaya, you are that link.

We are looking for a strategic sales leader to inspire, direct, and scale a team of 10 Channel Sales Account Managers spanning the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Israel. This isn't a status-quo management role; it’s a regional business-building mandate. You will drive market dominance across Tier I sales channels, ensuring Avaya remains the top-priority revenue driver for our ecosystem partners across these key international markets.

Your Strategic Mandate

You will own the regional quota by leading a high-caliber team to master the "multiplier effect." Your mission is to:

  • Lead & Scale a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and deploy 10 Channel Account Managers across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Israel, fostering a culture of accountability, strategic execution, and top-tier deal velocity.
  • Architect Regional Push Demand: Guide your team in executing territory strategies that compel Tier I partners (Distributors, OEMs, and Mass Merchandisers) to aggressively lead with Avaya solutions.
  • Elevate Partner Practices: Direct top-level strategy with key GSIs and Alliance partners across EMEA West, aligning their long-term roadmaps with Avaya’s cloud and service evolution to lock in recurring revenue growth.
  • Drive Service Expansion: Enable your team to transform partner business models from transactional hardware sales to high-margin, value-added service offers.
  • Cross-Border Leadership: Represent Avaya as the executive sponsor for major regional channel events, executive partner QBRs, and cross-functional go-to-market strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
