We’re looking for a CX Systems Analyst
We’re looking for a CX Systems Analyst to help manage and develop the technology that sits at the heart of our customer experience.
Gainsight is a core CX platform within the business, and you’ll take a leading role in its day-to-day management, development and continuous improvement.
This role would suit someone with experience across CX, CRM or customer-facing business systems who has hands-on exposure to Gainsight and enjoys combining systems work with projects and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop Gainsight as a core CX platform
- Deliver system enhancements, configuration and automation
- Build and improve reporting, dashboards and workflows
- Work directly with CX and business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate business needs into practical system improvements
- Support CX technology projects and new initiatives
- Improve data quality, processes and platform adoption
- Work across integrations and the wider CX technology landscape

What we're looking for
- Experience working with Gainsight
- Background in CX systems, CRM, business systems or customer technology
- Hands-on experience configuring and improving business applications
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering system enhancements
- Strong stakeholder-facing and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across data, reporting, automation and integrations
This role is open to both permanent and contract applicants.
