We are seeking a motivated and proactive CXC Telemarketer to join our team in Birmingham. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to book appointments, promote Crown's products and services, and provide exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include telephone outreach, scheduling sales team appointments, and documenting customer interactions. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact with customers, actively listen, and establish positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Sales: Experience in organising appointments and promoting products or services to meet targets.
- Customer Service Expertise: Focused on providing outstanding customer support and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments within the organisation.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
