Associate Director, Cyber M&A (Critical Infrastructure) | London
Our client, a leading global Insurer / Consultancy are looking to hire into their M&A practice, specifically the side of the team working with infrastructure investors, energy, water, power, transport, aviation, data centres. Real critical national infrastructure, not corporate IT dressed up as "infrastructure."
This is one of the fastest-growing parts of Cyber M&A business, built on genuine geopolitical relevance, infrastructure resilience isn't a nice-to-have anymore, it's board-level and increasingly investor-level.

You'll need:
- Genuine OT/ICS experience, physical and operational infrastructure environments, not traditional IT
- Real M&A / infrastructure investment / transaction advisory exposure
- Ability to translate technical and operational risk into financial and investment impact
- Confidence pitching, proposing, and building client relationships
