Job Title: Cyber Business Development Manager
Location: Leeds - Hybrid
Are you an experienced Cyber Security Sales professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams? Do you thrive on driving business growth while developing and mentoring sales talent? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We're looking for a Cyber Sales Manager to lead both the Sales and Marketing functions of a growing CREST-accredited cyber security consultancy. You'll take ownership of a team of 5-6 sales professionals and 2 marketing specialists, driving new business, developing strategy and helping shape the future growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5-6 Sales Executives and 2 Marketing professionals
- Create and deliver the sales strategy to drive business growth across the UK
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Coach and support the team through the full sales lifecycle
- Build relationships with C-Level executives, IT leaders and key decision-makers
- Drive new business opportunities across penetration testing, cyber security audits, advisory and assurance services
- Work closely with technical consultants to scope client requirements and deliver tailored cyber security solutions
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs and forecasts, implementing improvements where required
- Support and develop marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and conversion
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences to generate new business opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and managed service providers
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular sales updates to senior leadership

Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience leading a successful Sales team
- Previous experience selling Cyber Security solutions or services
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and coaching Business Development Managers or Account Managers
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially focused with strong business acumen
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Full UK driving license

Desirable:
- Experience selling Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management or Managed Security Services
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS or wider cyber compliance services
- Experience working within a Cyber Security Consultancy or MSSP
- Existing network within the UK Cyber Security market
Benefits:
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the Leeds office
- Uncapped commission structure
- 10% commission on Gross Profit up to £70,000
- 20% commission on Gross Profit above £70,000

Salary:
- £65,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (10% GP up to £70,000, 20% GP above £70,000)
