Cyber Business Simulation and Exercise Lead - Contract

📍 Sheffield

Join Global Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence as part of a small global team delivering realistic cyber business simulations that test decision-making, escalation, and resilience across the organisation. You'll translate technical threats into business-relevant scenarios, coordinate complex stakeholder logistics, and produce the reporting that informs senior leadership on cyber preparedness.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of cyber business simulations — timelines, stakeholder inputs, materials, dependencies
  • Collect and assess technical/business data to identify blast radius, affected systems, and relevant scenarios
  • Map cyber kill chains and threat pathways into credible business simulation scenarios
  • Create exercise products: scenario narratives, injects, briefing packs, facilitation notes, action logs
  • Produce clear executive reports, management information, and lessons-learned summaries
  • Support after-action reviews, readouts, and follow-up action tracking
  • Work closely with technical SMEs, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
