Job Description:

Following the rapidly continued growth of our customer base, Darktrace are looking to add to our post-sales team of Cyber Infrastructure Engineers.

As a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer in the Professional Services organization, you will ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards to provide our clients with industry-leading, AI-powered, cyber security protection.

This crucial, fast paced role involves assisting customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments as well as leading and becoming a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning.

What will I be doing:

  • Regularly completing deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Integrating new systems into existing network architecture
  • Efficiently managing customer support tickets to assist with technical issues
  • Proactively engaging with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment
  • Maintaining and enhancing communication between all go-to-market teams including sales, customer success, and operations

What experience do I need:

  • Technical educational background or experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role)
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
  • Entry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
  • Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
  • Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
  • Fluency in additional European languages is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT) as well as experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email) although this is not a requirement for the role
