Cyber Portfolio and Governance Analyst

Join the Cyber Agile Portfolio Management team as the Cyber Portfolio and Governance Analyst, playing a pivotal role in enabling Cyber leadership and stakeholders to work effectively while reducing risk across Vodafone.
What You’ll Do
- Lead as a central point of coordination in Cyber Security, bringing structure, visibility, and alignment to key priorities.
- Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic information into clear reporting, governance outputs, and decision-supporting insights.
- Partner with Cyber functions to provide governance, financial management, and operational support across budgeting, resource planning, and portfolio oversight.
- Drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, evolving Technology environment while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Governance & Budget Management
- Support budget planning and in-year financial activities with the Cyber budget squad.
- Create internal finance materials, including briefings and tailored presentation packs for executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure financial transparency across Cyber teams via budget support, variance tracking, and alignment reporting.
- SAP experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Resource & Portfolio Planning
- Manage resource planning (onshore & offshore) to optimise allocation while aligning to strategic goals.
- Oversee Cyber portfolio governance ceremonies, including:
- Portfolio Review
- PI Planning
- DB Business Planning
- VOIS stakeholder reviews

Reporting & Governance
- Coordinate cross-functional reporting cycles, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder engagement are met.
- Lead meeting management, including agendas, action tracking, and communication of outcomes.
- Proactively manage ad hoc initiatives/programmes requiring cross-team coordination.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build trust and align priorities with Cyber leadership, executive teams, and Agile functions.
- Prepare high-impact materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Azure DevOps).
- Communicate effectively across diverse, global teams.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive professional who excels in structured environments. Key traits include:
- Analytical mind with strong forecasting and risk assessment skills.
- Stakeholder fluency— comfort navigating multi-level teams (operational to strategic) with influence and confidence.
- Agile savvy (preferably SAFe-certified) and experience with Lean/Six Sigma processes.
- Execution focus— managing tight deadlines under pressure without compromising detail.
- Technical adeptness— proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform (Automate, Apps), Excel, and Azure DevOps.
- Global mindset— thriving in cross-cultural collaboration with adaptability.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Bonus: 10%
- Leave: 28 days + bank holidays, plus 5 days/year to buy/sell/carry over
- Charity Day: 5 days/year with flexible options
- Maternity/Paternity Leave: 52 weeks (13 weeks paid, 26 weeks at half-pay)
