Who we are looking for

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for someone to participate in defining the future of our cybersecurity organization and be a part of a team that will be shaping an exciting array of Cyber Solutions & Services -- from self-serve analytics capabilities, behavioral intelligence algorithms, anomaly detection models, scalable data storage, and more. The product team will empower you to have autonomy and support to make an impact, as we work together to build the platform for the long term.

The Head of Product & Delivery drives our ability to produce great work and deliver increasing value across our company’s portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will directly steer the vision, strategy, and execution of our Technical Program/Delivery Management and Product Management departments, and work with stakeholders and leaders across all delivery functions including engineering, process, strategy, and service to unlock world-class delivery. You’ll play a critical role in pushing the organization forward via world-class delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and performance. This high-impact role is equal parts strategic and tactical, requiring a leader who can both inspire and model success for our teams as a whole.

A successful candidate is one who is technical, and architecture driven. S/he should be a positive influencer across diverse teams, can operate in a complex environment, knows how to help drive consensus amongst deeply technical teams, can prioritize well, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and have a consistent track record of delivery on complex program level roadmaps.

What you will be responsible for

  • Set the vision and provide executive leadership to Product & Delivery organization, driving performance, execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead organization to successfully consult and deliver custom digital product, platforms, and services across our entire portfolio of stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Anticipate trends and changing cyber architecture & engineering product needs among stakeholders and company at large to build and drive a strong delivery strategy that bridges financials, technology, and organizational needs.
  • Lead and manage executive-level leaders (VPs) of Technical Program/Delivery Management and Product Management to translate the company-wide vision and achieve targets within their respective delivery branches.
  • Drive key business metrics while contributing to the definition of Product & Delivery’s efficacy metrics to assess health and improve the success of our portfolio.
  • Grow the skills and capabilities of our Program Management and Product Architecture departments—responsible for managing and executing successful stakeholder engagements, identifying current and future needs, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with clients and teams to maintain ongoing and clear visibility across portfolio, identifying opportunities to coach, increase value creation, and manage delivery risks.
  • Work across functional teams to continuously assess and improve existing delivery, resourcing, capabilities, and capacity, while pushing innovation, new offerings, and delivery models

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
