A leading UK retail organisation is strengthening its cyber resilience capability, with a key focus on ensuring critical services can be contained and restored effectively following a security incident. This role will help shape the resilience approach across both infrastructure and applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shape and influence the organisation’s cyber resilience strategy across infrastructure and application environments.
- Work closely with technical and application teams to establish practical containment and recovery approaches.
- Define clear protocols for responding to and recovering from cyber security breaches.
- Bring cyber resilience expertise into wider technology and security planning.
- Help translate resilience objectives into actionable plans that teams can deliver against.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology to strengthen the organisation’s ability to maintain and restore critical services.

Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in cyber resilience, ideally spanning both infrastructure and applications.
- Proven understanding of cyber incident containment, recovery and service restoration.
- Experience developing cyber resilience strategies, frameworks or recovery plans.
- Ability to work across technical teams and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong understanding of how security incidents can impact critical technology services.
- Comfortable operating in a consultancy environment and turning strategy into practical delivery.
