Part-time: 4 days per week | Cyber Risk, Third-Party Risk and Risk Reporting
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Risk Analyst to support cyber risk, third-party risk and security awareness activities across a Global retail business. This is a hands-on coordination and administration role supporting the Cyber Risk Manager, and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping risk information accurate, following up with stakeholders and helping governance processes run smoothly. This role is up to 4 days per week and would be an initial 6 month contract (inside IR35).
Activities
- Maintaining cyber and third-party risk trackers, assessment records, review dates, risk ratings and supporting documentation.
- Tracking new assessments, reassessments, outstanding questionnaires and remediation actions through to completion.
- Following up with business owners, third-party relationship owners, users and managers to gather missing evidence and progress overdue actions.
- Maintaining the cyber risk register, including updates to actions, treatment plans, target dates and supporting evidence.
- Coordinating periodic risk reviews and supporting monthly cybersecurity and risk reporting.
- Administering cyber awareness activity.
- Supporting day-to-day cyber risk administration.
- ServiceNow requests, meeting coordination and approval tracking.

Required experience

- Previous experience in cyber security, information security, IT security, cyber risk or a closely related security environment.
- Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and following up on actions in a professional, persistent and constructive way.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholder requests without losing sight of detail or quality.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience using ServiceNow would be helpful.
