Salary: £66-82K (plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance and private healthcare)
Permanent, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

ScottishPower Renewables is looking for a Cyber Risk Manager to lead cyber risk management across its growing renewable energy portfolio. This is a key role within an ambitious global cybersecurity function, helping to protect critical IT and OT environments that support onshore and offshore renewable operations.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of SPR Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks across renewable energy assets, supply chains, and business operations.
- Develop and maintain cyber risk frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS, NIST, and IEC 62443.
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and industry partners, you will:
- Help drive a cyber-resilient business.
- Support SPR's cybersecurity transformation programme.
- Strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Oversee supply chain assurance activities.
- Promote a strong cyber-aware culture across the organisation.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional with:
- A strong background in cyber risk and supply chain risk management.
- Knowledge of OT environments, industrial control systems, or renewable energy operations would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence at senior levels and deliver practical security solutions in a complex environment.
