About The Role...

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on keeping processes running smoothly, working with multiple stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience?

We are looking for a Cyber Scheme Administrator to join our growing Cyber team on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Based in Reading, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to support the administration and delivery of a UK Government-backed cyber security scheme. No cyber security knowledge is required – we're looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

About The Day To Day…

You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the cyber scheme from sales handover through to successful delivery
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including Sales, Consultants and Resource Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Coordinating and scheduling customer assessments and reassessments
  • Supporting customers throughout the process and ensuring an excellent service experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

About You...

In addition to those core values, as a Cyber Scheme Administrator you should:

  • Have previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
  • Be a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Be adaptable, flexible and able to respond positively to changing priorities
