About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Cyber Security Career Programme, designed to prepare participants for entry-level roles within the cybersecurity domain. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about technology, eager to develop their skills, and committed to launching a successful career in cybersecurity. As part of the programme, you will undergo intensive training, earn multiple industry-recognised certifications, and gain hands-on experience through real-world project work. Upon completion, you will be connected directly with our partner employers, with a guaranteed job placement in the IT sector. Qualifications
While prior technical experience is not required, successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and a determination to learn. Responsibilities
Participants in the programme will be responsible for engaging fully with the training modules, completing coursework, and preparing for industry-recognised certification exams. They will participate in live, instructor-led online sessions, collaborate on hands-on projects that simulate real-world business challenges, and continuously develop their technical and soft skills. Additionally, learners are expected to actively seek opportunities for professional growth, participate in mentorship sessions, and build a network within the cybersecurity community. Post-certification, participants will be supported in their job search, applying their newly acquired skills to real-world scenarios, and transitioning into entry-level cybersecurity roles with our partner employers.
