The Opportunity

A leading organisation operating within critical infrastructure is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join its growing cybersecurity team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in protecting essential services while helping the organisation navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) development, regulatory compliance, security operations, and emerging technology risks, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

If you're passionate about cybersecurity and want to build expertise within a highly regulated, business-critical environment, this role offers exceptional career development potential.

The Role

You will support the organisation's cybersecurity strategy by helping to strengthen compliance, improve security maturity, and embed effective cyber risk management across the business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Regulatory Compliance & Assurance

  • Support cybersecurity compliance activities aligned to UK and European regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, evidence repositories, and control registers.
  • Assist with security incident reporting processes and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor emerging guidance and regulations, assessing their impact on the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
