Who are we looking for?
Someone with an inquisitive fact-finding mind who has a keen interest in all things cyber-security and awareness. Is that you?
What is the job role?
- Managing our EDR and SIEM across our customer base
- Scheduling regular security awareness training
- Helping us and our customers to pass their annual IASME Cyber Essentials assessment
- Conducting reviews and documenting firewall rules
- Helping to keep firmware, OS and applications updated
- Generating IT Risk Reports to our customers
- Helping to manage Office 365 security and device security
- Performing disaster recovery testing of servers
- Producing monthly cyber security reports
- Investigating, responding to, and managing cyber security alerts
Working hours
Full-time from 09:00-18:00 weekdays with an hour for lunch. You would work from the office unless needing to visit one of our customers, so you must have a valid UK driving license and your own car - business mileage is reimbursed. (This is not a work-from-home role.) 28 days annual leave including England public holidays.

Who are we and what do we do?
We provide IT services to hotels across the UK and Europe. We do IT support, Wi-Fi, phone systems, CCTV, networking, in-room TV entertainment/casting, access control, fit-outs and lots more. We probably see more and do more in a week than other IT providers do in months.
The hospitality industry is all about providing good customer service, and that’s exactly the same for us too, so you would need to share this same positive customer-focused ethos.

In return, we offer a competitive salary between £27,000 – £36,000 depending upon experience.
