Senior Cyber Security Analyst | £55,000 – £70,000 + Benefits / Remote
Looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to act as deputy to the Group Head of Cyber Resilience and Security - a role for someone with broad, practical security experience who's ready to lead from the front on incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber risk.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as operational deputy - a credible escalation point for the wider security team
- Leading incident response - investigating, containing, and remediating security incidents, with real ownership during major incidents
- Driving vulnerability management, working closely with technical teams to prioritise and close out risk
- Running cyber risk assessments across projects, systems and third parties
- Supporting ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance
- Representing the security function in stakeholder conversations and driving improvements to controls and processes

What we're looking for:

- Broad hands-on cyber security experience across SecOps, incident response and risk
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft security tooling - Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Sentinel (KQL a plus)
- Solid grounding in IAM, networking, endpoints, cloud and enterprise security fundamentals
- Confident communicator, comfortable challenging and influencing at senior level
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CySA+, BTL1/2 or SC-200 are a bonus — but practical capability matters more
