Qualifications
Applicants do not need prior experience in IT or cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in technology and security. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a passion for continuous learning is essential. Basic computer literacy and problem-solving abilities are advantageous. We value determination, adaptability, and a strong work ethic over technical background, as our program is designed to train individuals from diverse backgrounds into competent cybersecurity professionals.
Responsibilities
Participants in the program will be responsible for engaging actively in all training modules, including live instructor-led sessions, hands-on projects, and certification preparation. You will develop skills in areas such as network security, threat detection, risk management, and security protocols through practical exercises and real-world scenarios. Additionally, you will complete four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, and Forescout FSCA (including exam resits). Throughout the program, you will collaborate with peers, participate in mentorship sessions, and demonstrate your growing expertise through project work that simulates actual business challenges. Upon completion, you will be supported in securing employment through our partner network, with ongoing career guidance and professional development.
