About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Apprentice to support our information security certification and compliance activities. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who wants to build a career in information security, compliance, governance, risk management, and cloud security operations.

We are looking for someone who is organised, curious, reliable, and willing to learn. You do not need to be an experienced security professional, but you should be interested in how businesses protect information, manage risk, and demonstrate compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company’s information security certification process
  • Assist with day-to-day activity within our GRC platform, including evidence uploads, task tracking, control monitoring, and certification progress
  • Help maintain policies, procedures, registers, and supporting documentation
  • Track compliance actions and follow up with colleagues to support timely completion
  • Help prepare for audits, assessments, and certification reviews
  • Maintain records of security controls, exceptions, risks, incidents, and improvement actions
  • Support ongoing compliance after certification, not just the initial certification project

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
