Role: Cyber Security Architect/Consultant
Location: Belfast
Work Pattern: 2 Days a Week onsite
Salary: £50-70k + Discretionary Bonus + Travel Allowance + Perks
A leading tier-one global management and technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Security Architecture Consultant. The successful candidate will join multidisciplinary teams to help enterprise clients transform their digital landscapes, solve complex operational challenges, and build resilient systems for the future.
In this role, the consultant will design robust enterprise security frameworks and help global organisations navigate evolving cyber risks.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Architecture: Design conceptual, logical, and implementation blueprints for complex, large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Risk Mitigation: Apply modern security patterns, principles, and frameworks to safeguard critical infrastructure and cloud-native integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams alongside software engineers, product owners, and data scientists.
- Client Advisory: Facilitate interactive problem-solving workshops and whiteboarding sessions with senior client stakeholders to resolve live security bottlenecks.

🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Proven Track Record: A robust background in information security, specifically delivering architecture for large-scale, high-availability infrastructure projects.
- Professional Credentials: Industry-recognized security or architecture certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or TOGAF.
- Consultative Mindset: Exceptional analytical capabilities and comfort presenting complex security strategies to non-technical business leaders.
- Security Clearance: Ability to meet standard baseline vetting. Due to the sensitive nature of the firm's public sector and defence portfolio, certain projects require candidates to meet strict UK residency criteria to support higher-level vetting.
