Cyber Security Consultant

South West/M4 Corridor (Hybrid) | £85,000

I'm working with a growing cyber security consultancy that's looking to bring in an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to support a range of complex projects within highly regulated environments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with customers and helping them tackle complex security, risk and assurance challenges. You'll work directly with customers, helping them understand and manage security risk, meet assurance requirements and improve their overall security posture.

The team is made up of experienced consultants who genuinely enjoy what they do. There's a strong culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional development, without the layers of bureaucracy often found in larger organisations. People are trusted to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas and play an active role in both client delivery and the continued growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
