Company Description

Connvex is an independent UK technology solutions provider helping businesses build, connect, secure and manage their IT environments. We work with organisations to design, implement and support reliable technology solutions across cyber security, networking, cloud, unified communications and IT infrastructure.

Our approach is simple: understand our customers' businesses, recommend the right technology for their needs, and deliver solutions that create real business value. We combine technical expertise with a customer-first approach, working as a trusted technology partner rather than simply a technology supplier.

Why Work with Us?

At Connvex, you won't just be another technical resource. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, understand their challenges and help shape the security solutions that protect their businesses. We are an independent technology company, which means our consultants have the opportunity to work across different technologies and vendors rather than being restricted to a single product or platform.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and consultants on real-world projects, continually developing your technical and consulting skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with opportunities to grow as Connvex grows.
  • Private medical insurance to support your health and wellbeing.
  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, giving you plenty of time to recharge and enjoy your personal life.
  • Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year whether that's from home, visiting family abroad, or working from somewhere you've always wanted to spend time.
  • A flexible, supportive and people-focused environment where we value work-life balance, personal development and making sure you enjoy what you do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
