Cyber Security Culture, Awareness & Communications Manager
As Cyber Security Culture, Awareness & Communications Manager, you'll own how a global manufacturing organisation thinks and behaves around cyber risk. That means setting the multi-year culture strategy, running the awareness and communications programme, and showing senior leaders, with real data, that behaviour is changing.
What you'll do
- Build and own the cyber culture and awareness strategy, with a multi-year roadmap and a human risk management approach focused on the highest-risk behaviours
- Run the awareness programme end to end. This covers role-based training, annual mandatory education, and targeted campaigns on phishing, AI, insider risk, identity, incident reporting, and OT and manufacturing security
- Write and deliver cyber communications for technical, non-technical and executive audiences, including messaging for the CISO and during major cyber events
- Act as the commercial and operational owner of the external awareness content provider, setting KPIs and improving their performance
- Build and lead a Cyber Champions network across divisions, working with divisional leaders and BISOs (business information security officers)
- Define culture and behaviour metrics, from phishing resilience to culture maturity, and report them to governance forums and risk committees

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
