Company Description

Xeretec Ltd is an award-winning UK-based technology and services provider that has been helping organisations for over 30 years transform, secure and optimise their IT environments. As Cyber Security and Digital Workspace continue to become increasingly important board-level priorities, Xeretec is investing heavily in both practices. We are looking for ambitious and driven Cyber Security Account Managers and Digital Workspace Specialists to help accelerate growth across our existing customer base and the wider UK market.

Our culture emphasizes thoughtful assessment, long-term results, and practical innovation rather than selling one-size-fits-all “stuff.” These roles will join a dynamic and successful environment which rewards success and values strategic thinking, collaboration, and measurable outcomes for clients.

Role Description

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking ambitious and customer-focused specialists to join our sales team.

Whether your passion lies in Cyber Security or Digital Workspace, you will play a critical role in helping new and existing clients modernise, secure and optimise their technology environments.

With an established customer base, a strong Microsoft and HP partnership ecosystem, and a dedicated Business Development function generating opportunities, both roles provide an excellent platform for ambitious sales professionals to accelerate their careers. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys combining commercial sales skills with specialist knowledge and wants to become a recognised subject matter expert within a growing and highly successful technology team and business.

We welcome applications from candidates who are able to work from our Wokingham Headquarters and who have demonstrable experience in either Cyber Security or Digital Workspace solutions:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
