About The Role

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes is preferred. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are qualities that will set candidates apart.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other relevant systems.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients for competitive positioning.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Participate in business development activities to expand client base and promote Huxley Associates’ services.
