About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Xcede. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes for our clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize data management practices, and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a technology or digital environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to support business initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Assist in the development of data governance policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on data tools and methodologies.
