Your Role:
As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will work within a multi-disciplinary security team delivering a broad range of services, including threat detection and response, vulnerability scanning, dark web monitoring, social engineering assessments, and security reporting. You will act as a technical escalation point for complex security incidents, leading containment and remediation activities while helping to maintain and enhance the security posture of a diverse client base.
The role also involves developing and maintaining security tooling and integrations, while supporting the adoption of AI-driven capabilities to improve threat detection and response. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will ensure effective incident resolution and vulnerability compliance, while staying up to date with emerging threats, threat actors, attack techniques, and vulnerabilities. This role can offer 3 days remote working.

Essential Experience:
- Strong technical expertise in security, network, and infrastructure technologies, including experience with secure Azure/AWS cloud environments, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and security tooling development.
- Proven ability to drive security automation and operational improvements using modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, with experience designing, building, and optimising security platforms.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach and knowledge of social engineering, phishing threats, and security best practices; relevant Microsoft certifications and AI/ML qualifications are advantageous.
