We're looking for a driven and ambitious Cyber Security Business Development Executive to join our growing security business and become a specialist in the AvePoint portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in cyber security sales, combining technical solution knowledge with business development and partner engagement. You'll work closely with internal sales teams, partners, and AvePoint to drive net new opportunities, build pipeline, and support business growth across the UK channel.

  • Building strong relationships with partners and supporting reseller recruitment activities.
  • Working alongside internal sales teams, account managers, and business managers to progress opportunities.
  • Delivering solution demonstrations and confidently presenting the value of AvePoint technologies.
  • Supporting opportunity qualification, pricing, quoting, and proposal creation.
  • Meeting partners face-to-face and conducting regular customer visits across the UK.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting information through CRM systems.
  • Producing reports, business plans, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with AvePoint and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying current with cyber security trends, technologies, and vendor developments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
