Cyber Security Lead - Energy Sector
Location: London/Hybrid
Clearance: SC Clearance
We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead to provide senior technical and strategic expertise across a major smart energy and flexibility programme.
This is a senior SME role focused on security architecture, cyber risk, cyber assessment frameworks and resilience, with responsibility for advising senior governance stakeholders and helping shape security standards across the evolving energy and flexibility market.

- 5+ years' experience in Information Security management.
- Strong experience in Security Architecture and cyber security frameworks.
- Significant experience in Cyber Risk assessment and management.
- Strong experience with Cyber Assessment Frameworks (CAF) and cyber resilience audits within the energy industry.
- Extensive knowledge of NIS/NIS2 and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework.
- Experience conducting or supporting ISO 27001 audits.
- Strong understanding of UK and international Information Security standards.
- Ability to identify, assess and manage complex cyber threats and risks.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to provide credible, independent and authoritative technical guidance.
