Cyber Security Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Reading Office - Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to support a leading utility business serving over 1.3 million customers across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cyber security strategy, governance, risk and compliance activities.
- Provide security oversight across agile delivery teams and customer-facing platforms.
- Drive and maintain compliance with NIS/NIS2 regulations.
- Conduct cyber risk assessments and manage security assurance activities.
- Promote security awareness and a strong security culture.
- Collaborate with Group Cyber Security teams to align with wider business strategy.

- Proven Cyber Security Management experience.
- Strong background in cyber risk, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with NIS/NIS2 frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
