The Role

I’m working with a growing cybersecurity team looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to work across a range of client engagements.

This is a highly client-facing position where you’ll help organizations understand their security challenges, shape practical strategies, and support delivery. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between strategic conversations and hands-on programme delivery.

You’ll be involved in areas including:

  • Cybersecurity strategy and risk
  • Client advisory and security assessments
  • Security transformation and programme delivery
  • IAM, Security Operations, and OT Security
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Business development and account growth
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members

What we’re looking for

  • 7–10+ years' cybersecurity experience
  • Background in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or programme delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, and NIS
  • Experience across one or more cybersecurity domains
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine consulting mindset and confidence working directly with clients
  • Energy, Utilities, or related industry experience would be particularly beneficial
