The Role
I’m working with a growing cybersecurity team looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to work across a range of client engagements.

This is a highly client-facing position where you’ll help organizations understand their security challenges, shape practical strategies, and support delivery. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between strategic conversations and hands-on programme delivery.
You’ll be involved in areas including:
- Cybersecurity strategy and risk
- Client advisory and security assessments
- Security transformation and programme delivery
- IAM, Security Operations, and OT Security
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Business development and account growth
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
What we’re looking for
- 7–10+ years' cybersecurity experience
- Background in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or programme delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, and NIS
- Experience across one or more cybersecurity domains
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine consulting mindset and confidence working directly with clients
- Energy, Utilities, or related industry experience would be particularly beneficial
