Cyber Security Manager – Energy & Utilities
UK Wide | Hybrid | Up to £100,000 + Package
I’m partnered with a global technology organisation building out an entrepreneurial Cyber Security team focused on the Energy, Utilities and Resources sector.
This is a high-level role for someone who can operate with senior clients, lead complex security engagements and help grow a practice — not simply manage delivery.
You’ll be involved across:
- Cyber Security Architecture / strategy and transformation
- Senior client advisory and stakeholder engagement
- OT Security and critical infrastructure
- Security Operations and IAM
- Emerging technology and AI Security
- Leading complex cyber programmes and engagements
- Identifying new opportunities and supporting account growth
- Building and developing high-performing security teams
- Contributing to thought leadership and the growth of the practice

They’re looking for someone with a strong consulting or advisory background who can combine technical security knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership and the ability to build trusted relationships at senior level.
Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing or wider CNI experience would be highly relevant. BPSS and SC clearance required, with 5 years continuous UK address history.
