Senior Programme Manager - Frontier AI Cyber Transformation
£via PAYE/day + 12.07% Holiday Pay (PAYE)
Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in the City of London
Initial 3-month assignment
Robert Half are supporting a global consulting firm on a Senior Programme Manager requirement for a leading Capital Markets organisation. This engagement sits within a cutting-edge Frontier AI and Cyber Security initiative focused on improving vulnerability management, patching and technology upgrade processes across a complex enterprise environment. The initial assignment is expected to run for 3 months, delivering a proof of concept and helping define the roadmap for a significantly larger transformation programme. Successful delivery is expected to lead into a sizeable 18-24 month programme of work, providing an opportunity to shape a high-profile AI, Cyber and Technology transformation from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a major cyber transformation workstream focused on patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
- Drive improvements in speed-to-patch and security risk reduction across the organisation.
- Manage delivery across multiple technology, security and business teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security and Operations.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, risk management and delivery controls.
- Coordinate complex dependencies across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Required Experience
- Proven Senior Programme Manager experience delivering complex enterprise technology or cyber transformation programmes.
- Strong cyber security domain knowledge, ideally across vulnerability management, patching, infrastructure security and risk reduction.
- Experience delivering major change initiatives within complex matrix organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with Director and Executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience within Capital Markets, Financial Services, Exchanges, Trading, Market Infrastructure, Banking or similarly regulated environments.
- Demonstrable track record delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
