Cyber Security Project Manager / Cyber PM
We are working with a leading investment banking client based in London to secure for them a Cyber Project Manager.
Role Overview
Cyber Project Manager managing multiple in-flight projects across CyberArk, CLM and penetration testing.
Contract Details
- 6 month contract
- £700 per day (Inside IR35)
- Hybrid working (2/3 days a week in the London office)
Key Skills
- Strong Cyber Security, risk and regulatory knowledge, with experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors.
- CyberArk / PAM experience, with responsibility for migration, cloud and modernisation delivery.
- Experience managing penetration testing programmes.
- Financial Services experience is essential, with recent banking/FS exposure and ideally around 5 years’ cyber experience.
- Strong stakeholder and governance skills, including CISO-level reporting, RAID, budgets, workshops and stage gates.
- Knowledge of NIST, DORA, audit remediation and cyber compliance; experience with CLM tools such as Keyfactor, DigiCert, BeyondTrust or IBM is desirable

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cyber security projects, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate technology, security, risk, compliance, business teams and third-party vendors to drive delivery.
- Own project governance, RAID, risk management and senior stakeholder reporting, through testing, implementation and transition to support.
