Lead strategic vendor partnerships and alliances
The Cyber Security Senior Alliance Manager role blends ownership, oversight, and leadership, with a primary focus on the management and evolution of the silver vendor tier, as well as leadership and direction for a group of Alliance Managers. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can identify what needs to be done, create momentum without waiting for direction, and take ownership through to outcome. You will act as a trusted deputy to the Alliances Lead, supporting strategic execution, leading complex vendor engagement, and ensuring the effective operation of the vendor ecosystem across your tech tower.

As Cyber Security Senior Alliance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Owning the direction and performance of silver tier vendors within your aligned technology tower
- Supporting the Alliances Lead with prioritisation, decision-making and execution of the tower strategy
- Using vendor, market, pipeline and performance insight to identify opportunities and risks
- Driving consistent execution of partnership activity across multiple vendors
- Providing line management, coaching and best practice direction to Alliance Managers
We'd love you to have
- 3–5 years' experience in alliances, partnerships, or vendor management
- Strong commercial awareness including rebates, incentives and programme structures
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities simultaneously
- Confidence leading challenging and senior stakeholder conversations
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others
