Security Works Limited is an established and growing security and technology business operating throughout the United Kingdom. As part of its ongoing business development strategy and operational expansion, the company is continuing to develop its Cyber Security and Integrated Security Solutions division in response to increasing market demand for cyber resilience, digital infrastructure protection, and integrated operational security solutions across both public and private sector environments.
The increasing convergence between cyber security, operational technology, physical security infrastructure, and Facilities Management (FM) operations has created a growing requirement for commercially focused professionals capable of supporting client engagement, operational coordination, integrated technology solutions, and cyber resilience initiatives within modern security environments.
The proposed role of Cyber Security Solutions Manager is a genuine vacancy created to support the company’s continued growth within this sector. The position combines cyber security solution support, business development, client relationship management, operational coordination, and integrated security technology responsibilities within the wider security and Facilities Management sector.
The role involves supporting cyber security governance, integrated operational technology solutions, cyber resilience initiatives, and client-facing cyber security service delivery within modern security and Facilities Management environments.
The successful candidate will support the company’s cyber security growth strategy by assisting with client engagement, commercial development, integrated security solution coordination, cyber resilience support services, and operational relationship management across a range of clients and operational environments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and expansion of the company’s Cyber Security and Integrated Security Solutions division.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities relating to cyber security, integrated security systems, digital resilience services, and technology-based operational solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients across both public and private sector markets.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication, operational support, and cyber security-related service coordination.
- Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and business development documentation relating to cyber security and integrated security services.
- Engage with clients to understand operational risks, cyber security concerns, infrastructure protection requirements, and technology-related operational challenges.
- Assist in promoting cyber resilience awareness and integrated security solutions relating to CCTV systems, access control infrastructure, remote monitoring platforms, smart building technologies, and connected operational systems.
- Coordinate with operational and technical teams to support the effective delivery of cyber-related and integrated security solutions.
- Support operational service reviews, client meetings, project coordination activities, and ongoing account management functions.
- Assist in the development of tailored cyber security and integrated technology solutions based on client operational requirements.
- Monitor market developments, emerging cyber threats, technological trends, and industry developments relevant to the cyber security and integrated security sector.
- Support the company’s commercial growth strategy through networking, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and business relationship management.
- Contribute towards strengthening internal cyber resilience awareness, operational security practices, and information security culture across the organisation.
- Assist in supporting compliance with relevant cyber security, data protection, operational governance, and information security requirements.
- Liaise with technology providers, operational stakeholders, external suppliers, and service partners in relation to integrated security and cyber-related solutions.
- Maintain accurate records relating to business development activity, operational coordination, client engagement, project support, and commercial opportunities.
- Provide a high standard of professional client care and operational responsiveness to support customer satisfaction and long-term service relationships.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, operational discussions, client engagement activities, and business development initiatives.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably associated with the role and consistent with the operational requirements of the business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The company requires candidates possessing a combination of commercial awareness, operational understanding, client relationship capability, and cyber security knowledge relevant to modern integrated security environments.

Suitable candidates may possess:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant cyber security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CompTIA Network+, ISO 27001, or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications.
- Experience within the security, technology, cyber security, or Facilities Management sector would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, business development, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills.
- Understanding of integrated security technologies including CCTV systems, access control infrastructure, remote monitoring systems, operational technology environments, and smart building solutions.
- Awareness of cyber resilience principles, digital infrastructure protection, operational security practices, and information security considerations within connected operational environments.
