Looking for Cyber Security & Operational Resilience Specialists
We are looking to connect with experienced Cyber Security & Operational Resilience Specialists for our talent pool as we anticipate future project demand across the UK Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech and broader regulated sectors.
This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with specialist cyber-security, resilience and risk-management expertise so we can respond quickly as new client projects come to market.
We are particularly interested in professionals who can support cyber-transformation, resilience programmes, cloud-security initiatives, regulatory compliance and enterprise-risk management engagements.
What you may support:
- Design and implement cyber-security strategies, frameworks and controls.
- Support operational-resilience programmes and regulatory readiness initiatives.
- Conduct cyber-risk assessments and control reviews.
- Define and implement security operating models and governance frameworks.
- Lead security architecture and secure-by-design initiatives.
- Support cloud-security and infrastructure-modernisation programmes.
- Develop incident-response, business-continuity and disaster-recovery capabilities.
- Implement identity and access management solutions.
- Support third-party risk-management and vendor-assurance activities.
- Deliver security awareness and cyber-risk culture initiatives.
- Coordinate security testing, vulnerability management and remediation activities.
- Work closely with technology, risk, compliance, operations and executive stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
