About the role
The Cyber Support Coordinator is responsible for undertaking specialist cyber related administrative duties, working in a team supporting the Digital and Technology Business Partner. This role will be a key member of the core team that keeps Achieving for Children secure by ensuring that everyone in the organisation understands our shared cyber security responsibilities. You will also be responsible for:
- Delivering the ongoing Achieving for Children Cyber workstream which includes continuously reviewing our cyber preparedness.
- Maintaining our training offering.
- Developing our internal staff resources.
- Developing relationships with our services and staff to enable knowledge sharing around cyber security concepts, threats and vulnerabilities.

About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of a range of business systems and software applications and a high standard of ICT literacy.
- Experience of working within a Children’s Service environment.
- Experience of providing complex administrative support and record keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail; you can produce high quality documentation and be able to adapt your approach and style to the target audience.
- Good knowledge of cyber security concepts, threats and vulnerabilities, particularly within Children’s Services and why they are important to the services we provide.
