• Responsible for documenting and understanding the ‘AS-IS’/’TO-BE’ system and technology requirements impacts with close engagement with Functional Consultants.
• Significant experience in working with technology teams.
• Defining and developing functional specifications via technical analysis.
• Creating documentation on non-functional requirements and perform the required due diligence to analyse and justify requirements before achieving approval and business sign-off.

Analysis

• Significant experience in building the required technical backlogs.
• Experience of analysing and modelling security related business processes, controls, and data flows.
• Confident in translating cyber risks, threats, and vulnerabilities into business requirements and user stories.
• Experience of conducting impact, gap, and risk analysis across people, processes, and tooling.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, risk, legal, and audit teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and control requirements that can be evidenced and tested.
• Designing efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
• Working with end users to gather feedback about system performance.
• Defining best practice, deliver on the end-to-end project activities from requirements, through to Go-Live support and close, including the delivery of business readiness activities and change.
