Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst - Life Sciences
Location: UK/ remote
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 25% depending on business need and client requirements.
About the Role
Join Accenture Security's Cyber Intelligence (CI) team and help organisations across the Life Sciences sector understand, anticipate, and respond to emerging cyber threats.
As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst - Life Sciences, you'll research and analyse cyber threats impacting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare insurance, and healthcare provider organisations. You'll transform complex intelligence into actionable insights, supporting both technical teams and executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse cyber threats impacting Life Sciences organisations, including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Healthcare Insurance, and Healthcare Providers.
- Monitor threat actors, cybercriminal groups, and emerging campaigns targeting the sector.
- Track adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and assess their potential impact.
- Produce threat intelligence reports, assessments, and executive briefings.
- Deliver actionable intelligence and strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support client engagements and business development activities.
- Collaborate with analysts and industry specialists across the Cyber Intelligence team.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years' experience in Cyber Security, Intelligence Analysis, Threat Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience within Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Healthcare Insurance, Healthcare Providers, or a related Life Sciences environment.
- Experience researching and analysing cyber threats, threat actors, and cybercrime campaigns.
- Experience producing intelligence reports, threat assessments, or executive briefings.
- Understanding of intelligence methodologies, source evaluation, and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as HIPAA, FDA Cybersecurity Guidance, and NIST CSF.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience within a Life Sciences or healthcare organisation.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms such as Recorded Future, Mandiant Advantage, MISP, or OpenCTI.
- Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Experience conducting OSINT collection and analysis.
- Client-facing consulting or advisory experience.
- Experience analysing threats relating to healthcare data, intellectual property, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, GCTI, or GREM.
