Cyber Security Analyst - Cyber Training & Awareness

We're looking for a Cyber Security Analyst focused on Cyber Training & Awareness to join a multinational FTSE100 business.

Key Requirements for the Role

  • Owning and evolving a global cyber security awareness programme aligned to current threats and business priorities
  • Leading phishing simulations and learning platforms, driving adoption and clear operating models across markets
  • Delivering targeted, role-based training to embed secure behaviours and improve incident reporting
  • Using data and KPIs to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously improve effectiveness
  • Partnering with stakeholders to promote awareness, drive engagement, and ensure practical, relevant delivery
  • Keeping ahead of emerging threats, refining content and approach to maintain impact
  • Supporting wider cyber initiatives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
