Cyber Transformation Professional
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Transformation professional to support clients in developing and delivering cybersecurity strategies, technology transformation and digital trust initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity and digital transformation strategies.
- Work with clients to identify cyber risks, challenges and opportunities.
- Lead cybersecurity projects and programmes from strategy through to implementation.
- Work collaboratively with technical, business and multidisciplinary teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Provide practical, commercially focused cybersecurity advice.
- Support business development, proposals and identification of new opportunities.
- Keep up to date with emerging cybersecurity, technology and digital trends.
- Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience in cybersecurity and digital trust consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology or cybersecurity programmes.
- Broad understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes and technology.
- Strong project/programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and multiple business units.
- Experience in consumer, manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience developing proposals and supporting business development.
- Relevant cybersecurity qualifications or professional certifications.

Working Environment
- Hybrid working, with typically a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client site.
