CyberArk Engineer
Location: UK Remote
We are looking for a CyberArk Engineer to join their Cyber Operations team on a contract basis. Reporting to the Cyber Operations Lead, you will work closely with SOC Engineers and take ownership of privileged access management across multiple managed client environments.
This is a hands-on technical role with CyberArk at its core, focused on operational support, troubleshooting, and maintaining the health of the PAM platform across a range of estates.
The Opportunity
This engagement is purely focused on service delivery. There is no requirement for pre-sales, people management, or leadership responsibilities. You will act as the senior escalation point for CyberArk related issues, owning incidents and requests from initial investigation through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage CyberArk incidents and service requests from L2-L4, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Troubleshoot issues across the CyberArk platform, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, Entra ID integrations, MFA solutions, and SIEM integrations.
- Perform root cause analysis and manage escalations with CyberArk support where required.
- Support privileged account onboarding and offboarding, safe administration, policy management, and access reviews.
- Carry out platform maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, certificate renewals, and disaster recovery testing.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, known error records, and change management processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
