Role Title

CyberArk Senior Engineer – PAM Onboarding & Automation

Role Summary

The CyberArk Senior Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing CyberArk implementation activities across the core PAM workstreams, including discovery support, onboarding, configuration changes, wave execution, validation, testing, SOP creation, and service transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute CyberArk account and system onboarding activities across agreed waves for VDI, VM, Windows, Linux, local administrator, root, and other in-scope privileged accounts.
  • Configure credential management controls, including rotation, reconciliation, and session-control configuration.
  • Support discovery report analysis, inventory reconciliation, safe/platform alignment, bulk-upload preparation, and onboarding prioritization based on business impact and compliance requirements.
  • Implement onboarding-related remediation actions required to enable CyberArk onboarding, while documenting items that require application, infrastructure, third-party, or target-system changes for National Gas governance and tracking.
  • Execute testing for discovery, onboarding, VDI/VM technical approach, naming conventions, exception handling, rollback management, environment readiness, access journey, session step recording, SSO, and authentication flows.
  • Support recurring automated discovery and onboarding configuration via APIs/pipelines/scripts where applicable.
  • Prepare onboarding execution reports, test evidence, SOP inputs, runbook inputs, defect/exception logs, and transition artefacts.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on CyberArk implementation experience across safes, platforms, accounts, CPM, PSM, credential rotation, reconciliation, and onboarding.
  • Experience supporting privileged account discovery and wave-based onboarding in enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of Windows/Linux privileged accounts, VDI, VM onboarding, non-domain account considerations, and production change-window execution.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk APIs, scripting, automation pipelines, and ServiceNow/Identity integration touchpoints.

Experience

Experience as per the roles in Wipro.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in CyberArk integration or similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing CyberArk, PAM, EPM and SWS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, privileged access management, and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Proficient in configuring and managing CyberArk components, such as Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, EPM and SCA.
  • Experience with integrating CyberArk solution with other IAM tools and Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS.
  • Proficiency in any programming languages such as Python.

Good to have

  • Professional certifications in CyberArk and/or information security (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, CISM)
  • Privileged Access Management tool technical certification
  • CyberArk Privileged Cloud SaaS or on-prem.
  • CyberArk Credential Manager
