Role Overview
CloudMigrate is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives for a global organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard while working closely with regional teams, Service Delivery, technical teams and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated delivery professional who can work with minimal supervision, take ownership of outcomes and proactively drive projects to completion. A strong focus on reducing organisational risk and demonstrating measurable business value through successful project delivery is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, schedules and executive reporting.
- Coordinate activities across regional IT teams, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Cloud and third-party vendors.
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery across multiple regions.
- Manage project governance including weekly initiative updates.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable reductions in cybersecurity risk while providing clear business value.
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Produce regular project dashboards, status reports and executive communications.
- Support change management, communications and user adoption activities.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, working independently and using initiative to overcome obstacles and maintain delivery momentum.

Essential Experience
Project Management
- Minimum 10 years' experience delivering complex enterprise IT and technology projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within large, global organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
Cybersecurity
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity programmes and projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects including:
- PCI DSS Compliance
- Data Classification
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Defender
- Security Governance
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Awareness initiatives
- Cloud Security
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or similar Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira) for:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Management
- User Stories
- Epics & Features
- Kanban Boards
- Dashboards and Reporting
- Work Item Management
- Experience delivering cloud transformation and migration programmes.
- Experience working within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications
Essential
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent Project Management qualification.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable
- Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master certification.
- Microsoft Azure certification.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or similar.
