Cybersecurity Project Manager – Third-Party Risk

Initial contract to end of 2026 | Likely extensions | Remote UK | Infrequent travel

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale Cybersecurity function, leading the delivery and governance of projects focused on Cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

This is a high-profile role within a complex, highly regulated environment, working across Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk and external third parties. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring projects remain aligned with governance, controls and delivery objectives.

The Role

You will take ownership of the overall execution and governance of assigned project workstreams, working within an Agile delivery environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading delivery of Cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management projects and workstreams.
  • Working closely with Cybersecurity teams to establish clear interfaces, responsibilities and delivery priorities.
  • Managing project backlogs and priorities in collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
  • Managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and blockers, escalating where appropriate and recommending solutions.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external third parties, including vendors and specialist partners.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant governance, policies, controls and design standards.
  • Managing project resources and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
  • Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders, translating technical and cyber risk into business language.
  • Supporting Agile delivery practices and ensuring projects remain on track towards agreed outcomes and benefits.
  • Working closely with Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, Cybersecurity teams and other senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
