Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust currently has 2 full-time Clinical Team Manager vacancies within our CYPMHS service line. Warrington Mental Health Support Team (in schools) and Knowsley core community CYPMHS**
The post holder will carry managerial responsibility for the children’s community nursing team (CYPMHS), within the Community Care Division and be responsible for the overall standards which will include referral management and access, assessment of need and delivery of care within children’s community nursing.
The post holder will operate as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team but be expected to be flexible in terms of travel to undertake duties.
The post-holder carries continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, and the setting of standards of care within that team.
The post holder will be aligned to CYP&F Children’s Community Mental Health Services and may be required to work flexibly across all divisional sites to provide response to the service needs of the physical and mental health clinical teams providing cover as directed by the Service Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
