CYP Practitioner Recruitment
CYPMHS West Hertfordshire is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated CYP Practitioner with an appropriate professional qualification and relevant experience to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Job Details
- Position Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the referral and allocation process
- Undertake assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Risk management, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
- Care coordination
- Contribute to case discussions and wider service meetings
- Provide consultation and supervision to colleagues, students, and professionals within partner services
Additional Duties
- Develop and provide highly specialist evidence-based interventions for service users
- Deliver timely, accessible services through both clinic-based and outreach models
- Provide highly specialist advice and consultation regarding formulations and treatment to colleagues and external agencies
- Care coordinate a caseload of service users delivering highly specialist assessments and integrated care
- Participate in supervision, appraisal, and professional development to enhance clinical skills
- Chair/attend MDTs for all teams providing clinical sign-off
- Work collaboratively to provide nursing consultation to other relevant professions within HPFT and external agencies
- Take a leading role for service innovation and development, including projects with other junior staff
